Unless the copyright owner files a legal action seeking a court order against the user or content provider, the previously removed content may be reinstated or accessible again within 10 to 14 business days, at our discretion.

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable laws, we have established a policy for terminating, at our sole discretion, users who are identified as repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, restrict access to the Site and terminate the accounts of any users who violate the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether they have a history of infringement.
